Shift 2: Unleashed (also known as Need for Speed: Shift 2 Unleashed) is an upcoming racing video game, the 17th title in the Need for Speed franchise, under development by Slightly Mad Studios and published by Electronic Arts. Shift 2: Unleashed is scheduled for release on 29 March 2011 in US, on 31 March in Europe and on 1 April in the UK.

Shift 2: Unleashed is the direct sequel to the generally favorable review 2009 video game Need for Speed: Shift and expands on the gameplay and features introduced with the original. Shift 2: Unleashed will feature 145 cars from 37 manufacturers and 36 different tracks, which players can compete in several types of races. Players will also be able to compete online. The game will also feature three new main additions, an in-helmet cam, night-time racing and the Autolog feature introduced with Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit. EA has promise that it'll "redefine the racing simulator genre" and has been called "the most realistic racer ever".

Believe what you want kruze but I have this installed. Just cancel the Activation box when you install and the game will install without activation.

1st of all Thankyou for sharing this game.I wanted to write acomment of how it plays.How can find the words to say how just plain bad the graphics And handling are? As i limp around the tracks rendered in glorious flintstones level quality in my ford focus,i am laughing at what the heck happened to the awesome quality vids i had seen previewing the game--how on earth did i end up with flinstones level graphics realism that looked like it was from a game 5 or more yrs old?grid absolutely slaughters this game as does dirt 2 and most shockingly even the original shift game far surpases this one, they managed to make it Worse on all levels!NFS hot pursuit is Way more fun, better handling and superior in graphics both on cars and landscapes. im running it on a quadcore intel with 6 gigs ram and an 8800gt. all settings maxed, at 1680x1050 with decent frame rates..maybe it will look better and be more fun with the hypercars unlocked and other tracks, but my 1st impressions were like :youve GOT to be Kidding me!:it just cant be This bad,im in driving hell...it didnt hold my interest for more than 20 mins.. feedback from others would be interesting

downloaded fine, installed fine, cracked with reloaded fine but as soon as i press career the game crashes. i can fiddle with options no lag in menu starts to load career and then just crashes

The worst download speed i have ever seen.
